Disclaimer

Effective October 11, 2026

This disclaimer explains the limits of what Thegram can promise. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Provided as is

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

2. What a file shows

The Mac, iPhone, and iPad apps, the web viewer, and the web app show the content and history recorded in your .gram file. We do not check whether that content is accurate, complete, or current. Content written by AI agents or other people is their responsibility. Content the web viewer and the web app cannot display is shown as raw text.

3. On-device features

Search and other automatic features in the Mac, iPhone, and iPad apps run on your device. Their results can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important yourself.

4. Your files

Keep backups of your files, wherever you store them. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by device failure, sync or backup tools, or other apps that change your files. Editing the same .gram file in more than one app at the same time can cause conflicts. Our own backups of Vault data are kept for a limited time and are not a promise that every version can be restored.

5. Early releases

Some features are early releases. They may change, fail, or be removed without notice.

6. Availability

The website, the web viewer, and the web app may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

7. Third-party services

We are not responsible for third-party services, including X, Telegram, LinkedIn, Google services such as Google sign-in and Google Drive, and Apple services such as Sign in with Apple and macOS.

8. Free services

The Services are free. We are not liable for damages arising from them, except damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Scope

This disclaimer does not apply where mandatory law does not allow us to limit our liability. Anything not covered here follows the Terms of Service and applicable law.
